Creating a Conference Call
On a Norstar system you can only have a 3 person Conference call where as the PBX's can have more usually 6 is max I beleive.
When your on a call put them on hold. Then Make a second call (you don't have to wait till the caller answers the phone) Then Press "Feature" 3 and then press the line that you put on hold.  |
