Exclusive Hold
If your in an open office environment and you need to put someone on hold and don't want anyone to pick up the holding call but yourself then Use Exclusive Hold by:
Pressing "Feature" 7 9 The line will appear busy on all other telephones and the call cannot be picked up by anyone else in the office (EXCEPT if they walk over to your phone and pick it up or from the telephone that you iniatiated the exclusive hold)  |
