This feature has to be enabled for you to use this. (If your the system admin you can program this feature from the Capabilities in the Terminals programming)
If you get a busy signal when you call someone in your office you can interrupt them for an urgent call by Press "Feature" 6 9 PLEASE make sure it is an urgent matter before doing so. The caller that the person your calling doesn't hear anything, they just get silence until you leave the call. ![]() |
