Resetting Nortel MICS System - Admin Password
I need alot of help !!
 We have lost the Admin Password, that is used to change mailboxes & passwords.... :shame: If anyone can help me solve this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.... My mailbox number is 102, and the password is lost... Is there anyway to reset the administrator's password? Any suggestions, would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks,:) |

Will this also reset the admin password on the laptop software as well?? I recently had a Norstar NAM die from a voltage issue and purchased another for a very reasonable price. I reset the system to clear out the previous owners info and now I can get in on the handset using the installer,sysadmin+, sysadmin and the basic passwords, but I cannot get in on the laptop to administer the system. Previously I could get in on both using the previous owners password, which he had supplied to me.
