Call Pilot 150 call center

I've got a CallPilot 150 with the enhanced call center package enabled. The call center works great, but I can't seem to figure out retrieving call reporting stats. Each time I try to download line or agent configuration info, the message I get says the RDB server is not connected. However, the icon for the RDB server on the PC indicates that it is connected. Anybody have some experience with this issue or with this application? All help is much appreciated.
