Outbound Caller ID on MICS with PRI

How do you set the default outbound caller id on a MICS with PRI?
We have a MICS with 2-PRIs and an application module for ACD, when the ACd is in night mode it routes calls externally to the system however the caller id is not set properly and the telco will not route the call, I need to be able to set the outbound caller id to get this to work properly, can anyone help?

set has a setting for oli # this is where you set the outbound caller id
