Merlin Mail Administrator Password Does Not Work
All of a sudden, my system administrator password for Merlin Mail does not work. It lets me into the #9997 mailbox but then when I hit 9 and my password, it says "Login incorrect".
Does anyone know how to reset this password without calling Avaya? If so, is there a way to do it without resetting the voicemail to system defaults and losing everything? Any idea what might have happened? any help would be appreciated.. thanks, |

Try this;
After you dial 9997#, dial "CLER" (2537). You will probably then hear "goodbye". If you do, then the mail pswd has been reset and back at default. Goog luck! |
