Post E-cas

I have installed E-cas when I worked for Lucent (It was called Merlin Reporter at the time manufactured by Veramark) It's good for basic call accounting info.
It is not good for any type of call center info (agent reporting).

You are correct. eCas only reports on the terminating extension. There is a product for Merlin Magix called TASKE Call Center Management. I'm still learning on this product, but it looks very interesting. If anyone has this product please let me know how it is working for you.

If you turn on station to station recording you will get call center information, however you will have so much data that you can not use the reports, Vermark is working on the problem..
