Does anyone have any expierence with the TASKE Call Center Management Toolbox. I determined that the system is in fact a Magix. Appears to be able to generate the reports needed for franchise reprting similar to the a real Centerview CMS.

Is the wait state due to delivery or time constraints in your schedule? Just curious. Don't want to get excited about a product and then not be able to get delivery. How was the cost of the product compared to E-Cas?
