Post Merlin Reporting

Anyone have any information on the reporting capabilites of the Merlin systems. I don't seem to recall many, if any. Thanks in advance

Avaya has a product called Call Reporter.

I suppose this is an additional piece of software available for a charge and not built into the system

Exactly. It is software. The reports are not very pretty, but it does the job. Some customers like Infortel for Windows. The reports are pretty, but it can be a pain to get working. I recommend ECAS.

Thaks for the information my friend. This seems to be a pretty useful board. Glad I got the information to register this morning. Not sure how that happened but I'm glad just the same.

Does anyone have any expierence with the TASKE Call Center Management Toolbox. I determined that the system is in fact a Magix. Appears to be able to generate the reports needed for franchise reprting similar to the a real Centerview CMS.

Is the wait state due to delivery or time constraints in your schedule? Just curious. Don't want to get excited about a product and then not be able to get delivery. How was the cost of the product compared to E-Cas?
