Help with Remote Connection using WinSPM
Somewhat of a newbie. I have a Legend that I inherited and now need to program. I understand that the WinCPM software is pretty easy to use, but have not figured out how to make a remote connection to the system. I do not have the adapter and just would like to call in and access like they do when Avaya service used to provide it.
Can anyone help with a little step by step cook book? Also, is the software seems to indicate a way to connect over IP. Is this some separate board and connection that our system may or may not have? How would I find it. Thanks and sorry for my newbie questions |

Re: Help with Remote Connection using WinSPM
If you have your Merlin Legend admin books, it does give steps on how to connect remotely using a modem.
Also, we just started to set-up connection using IP by using Digi Realport. So far one site is up and we have 6 more to setup. |
