mtfs,
MOH must be connected to a trunk port. Go into system programming "exit", "auxEquip", "MusicOnHold", assign the port "8xx", enter. This programming will busy out the system, so you may want to alert everyone that it is coming or do it after hours. then just connect the source to the trunk port and set your volume. -Todd

Re: How do you add music to a Legend system?
I've been trying to setup MOH on a merlin legend with an external tape desk music system, I have the adapter from Lucent(given the vintage) that goes from rca to rj-11. I have it plugged into port 809 and assigned the music on hold source to 809 but when I call in from the outside or from within the shop I cannot hear anything. Am I missing anything?
