Max number of extension rings

I have a Merlin Legend V7 switch. Currently, the maximum number of rings that I can assign to an extension is 6 rings. Is there any way to extend that on a particular switch? In our bus garage, I need one extension to ring at least 10 times, but the max I can make it ring right now is 6. Can you give me any help?

Are you looking to extend the number of rings before the call goes to voice mail, or the number of rings before the call returns to someone who transferred it?

I need to extend the rings before it goes to voicemail.

You could cheat by putting a coverage button for that extension on another extension, and extending the Primary Coverage as well. The call has to exhaust all the primary and secondary paths before the group coverage will kick in. Also be sure to set the transfer return rings to be more than the group coverage rings.

Thanks for the information. I was able to remedy it by going into:
Extension/More/More/Cover Delay/Group Cover. Entered the extension # and desired # of rings.
