problems with intuity

I have an Intuity Audix voice mail on a Legend. I recently moved the system to another building and since the move the message waiting lights are not being turned off by the vm on some ext.'s. I have used a code on a Merlin Messaging in the past to do this manually but that code doesn't work on Intuity as far as i can tell. I would appreciate any help you could give me on this problem.

You probably have a couple of extensions that have had message lights activated by other extensions instead of the VMS. Go to the phone and hit menu, then scroll till you see Messages, press it and hit the delete softkey until they are all gone.
