Legend and Audix question
Have a Legend V6.1 and Audix V4.4....DID on Legend goes to AA MB (ext 777)....also have two OPXs from corporate switch to Legend trunks 805 and 806 (Analog 2wire), they are in Pool 890.
Pool is set to ring on extn 777 but if I dial the DID or internal, AA box answers immediately...If a user calls via the OPXs (including ME!), it takes 4 rings before the AA answers...what AM I missing??? Thanks Chris |

What is the distance on the OPX trunks? Are they running through a CO or are they direct runs? It could simply be the distance and, if going through the CO, time added by the CO equipment.

Do you have the OPX trunks in the voicemail group? Or are the OPX trunks routed to the PBX attendant and not the AA? This might be something that you might want to look into for the problem.
