We recently installed a new intercom system that ties in to our Merlin Legend switch via an 800 port. We want all extensions to access this line in case of emergency. I set up a user definable pool with that line associated with it. I programmed my extension to be able to dial that pool number and tested it. The problem is that I can't remember how I programmed my extension to be able to dial that particular pool. I was extremely busy at the time and by the time I got back to trying to give access to all other extensions, I forgot what I did.
We are using Merlin Legend release 6. I program using Winspm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
