QCC position busy coverage to Messaging
I lost my workaround to make a QCC cover to VM when in Position Busy. I know it needs to be set up as QCC backup going to a cover group that has message lamp capability for the QCC's extension b But I seem to be missing something and it is not working. Anyone have the workaround?
