Merlin Mail Day Attendant does not answer

We are using MM04 release 2.2. We have manual night service -- turned on and off only by the receptionist using a button on her phone. When night service is on everything works great. When it is off, incoming calls go to the receptionist phone/mailbox. I'm guessing I've put that extension in somewhere that it's not supposed to be, but I sure can't find it. Thanks for any help!

Go into hunt group programming for your VMS group (usually 770 or 7929) and select lines&trunks. Enter all your incoming pools, and any incoming trunk numbers that might not be in pools. Now all incoming calls will go to AA day or night.

To get it to not ring at reception - DLC: centralized programming, ringing options. QCC: Lines&Trunks, QCC operator.

Great! That did it. Thanks so much. With about 3000 pages of manuals lying around, between the Legend system and Mail, it's kind of tough to find these weird things. Maybe you should write a "Merlin for Dummies" book...
