I know that in an earlier version of WinSPM they had a problem with an intermittent caps being put into the type.
I had changed the password to a system using WinSPM on a location and it came as "XxxXxX" instead of all lower case. Perhaps they have recreated the problem in this latest version. I don't suppose that this is a local system that you could connect to directly is it? If it is you can print out the password.
