Re: lOST PASSWORD TO INTUITY AUDIX

sa and vm are two possible login's - not login=sa password=vm. Is there anything written down in the same area that might be a password for either of those logins?

Failing that, pw's can be changed but you'll need a higher level of access. Avaya can do it for you if you are ready to pay. If you get ahold of whoever installed the intuity, they may be able to supply you with the password for the "craft" login, which allows you to do almost anything.

Or, use this as a good excuse to upgrade to what you REALLY want - IP Office :)

Good luck.

if you can't get a hold of the tech. or the company that install it you will have to call Avaya to reset it but get ready to pay $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ thats the only way am sorry.
