ASA - Avaya Site Administration (formerly known as DSA - Definity Site Administration) is probably what you're looking for if you want GUI ability. Personally I'm a die hard fan of plain old TerraNova, but it's all in how you came up.

You usually have to purchse this, but someone might be able to help you get your hands on a copy (I don't know where offhand). Try asking in the definity thread.

Doesn't matter what switch it is on, it's still an intuity - which is far more commonly used on definity than legend, reason I suggested asking where to get a copy of ASA on the definity thread.

Depending on how old the intuity is, you might be able to telnet to it - I've done that on a Map5/P that was connected to a legend, works great. Also, you can connect an analog station port to the INADS modem and dial in from your desk - put another analog station port to a modem in your PC. But then you're back into needing ASA or TerraNova.

You can also log into system with ProComm Plus, set Procomm to 4410 emulation and input 4410 emulation into the Audix when you log in.
