Help with Intuity Audix
Hi
we have a intuity audix r4.5 with a merlin legend and not every person with a phone has a mail box so when you are a auto menu or in the vm system and try to transfer to ext 160 the vm says invaild ext so when we try to change the transfer in the system preminters the vm says this ans the manal here it says from the manual (digits transfers calls only if the destination number has the same number of digits as AUDIX extensions. You must instruct the TSC to change this field to digits.) Thanks Bobby |

Re: Help with Intuity Audix
that would be Avaya - it's telling you you can't change whatever you are trying to change.
In order to allow callers to transfer to extensions that don't have mailboxes, go ahead and create mailboxes for those extensions, but don't give them call answer priveleges. Peter |
