Merlin Legend configuration

I have a potential client with a Legend, dual cabinet, containing 8 - 408, 1 - 008, 1 - 012, and 1 - 400 cards. They want to add some stations and they are not using all of their CO ports. Can the 400 card be replaced with an 008 or 012 card? What is the max configuration for a dual cab Legend? FYI, Processor says r7.0, v10.0. Thanks in advance.

Re: Merlin Legend configuration

You can actually add a 3rd cabinet if needed. But yes, you can replace a 400 with a module containing stations. Just be carefull, you'll need to do a board renumber and if there are any station modules to the right of the 400 you intend to replace you'll have a mess on your hands - in such a scenario I would shuffle each of the cards to the left and put the new station module at the end.
