007MLM password reset using serial #
I recently got hired for this tech support job, and one of my tasks is to reset voicemail passwords, but no one here has the administrators passwords. I've tried everything, 123456, 654321, calling the source we got the system from, to going through the ex-tech. I've even tried using the serial number reset, but that doesn't work either. As last last last last resort, I've tried calling avaya tech support, but they couldn't connect to the system either, they said the modem signal is jarbled.
Is there any other way? :shame: I've got no idea what to do, no one in town seems to know how to reinitialize the serial number, and Avaya is charing a rediculous amount to do it. Pleaaaaase offer some input! THANKS! |
