Hello
I have setup the CDR port on an option 81c for WinCall. Everything working exept that outside incoming calls are not showing in CDR report. I have the ANI working on the phones when I am getting calls. Our rep told me That I have to turn ANI on the port. Can you please steer me in the right direction on how to program it. Thanks in advance |

Re: How to get CDR to give the ANI
If you have pri lines setup for your incoming and outgoing calls. Then all you need to do is change your output format to expanded or int-isdn. I am running a g3 ver6 These settings are found under system- parameters cdr on my switch. They may be differnt on yours.

Quote:
Second in LD 16 for the Route Data Block in the CDR section you need to have INC (cdr on incoming calls) set to yes. This should allow you to get the ANI in the CDR recrods. |
