i'm on a 81c rel25.15 which is an upgrade from an old SL1
since the upgrade i've got problem to log out with the analog acd phones. Before the upgrade to log in/out i was using the spre code + 97 but now it isn't working anymore.
So i programmed the "lilo" prefix in the FFC table.
To log in i use this prefix and a code for the agent, that's working but to log out i'v got less than 0.5second to press the code before i heard the tone that indicates you are log in. If i wait more than 0.5 second when i start to press the prefix there is the busy tone!!!

Is there a way to change the login tone so i've time to use the code to log out??
