Lost key codes and SYS ID

Hi all
I have two questions:

1. Is there any way of retrieving lost Key codes on a Meridian Modular 832?

2. Unfortunately, one of our guys changed the software on a Meridian Modular 832 which re-set the SYS ID, thereby invalidating the Key codes we had. Is there any way to reset the system to get back the original SYS ID?

You can call KRS and have the keycodes transferred from one SYSID to another. I am not really a Norstar guy, but I know it is easy for a BCM and would suspect the Norstar to be the same.
