One way speech path on Option 81
I was wondering if anyone has experienced an issue with an Option 81 with the symptom of outside callers to a call center 800# can not hear the representative, but the representative can hear the caller?

Does your system contain FIJI cards? I had chased an issue like this that only happened when calls crossed from group 0 to group 1 and replacing the FIJI card (Nortel known issue) solved the problem
