ESN073 when adding a new SPN 55288

Hi,

I'm trying to add t a new SPN of 55288 and get the ESN073 error. I'm not surer the problem is relating to the HLOC or not as the PABX has assigned HLOC with 5528. Pleas help!

Look at your SPNs, is there one for just 5 or 55 or 552?

No level 5, 55 and 552 in SPN.

You may need to do CHG instead of new. PRT in LD 90 of your SPNs in the 5 range.

On your print-out below, it looks like you have a space entered between the two 8's, hence the conflict with your HLOC.
