calls dropping after 3 minutes

i have been presented a problem in which i can't seem to buckle down on; at first calls that have been passed to ACD queues were dropping at almost exactly 3 minutes; thinking that it might have been the RAN machine I removed from the FRRT and SRRT and still with no success drops at 3 minutes. then to remove the ACD out of the picture removed FDN and HUNT from a phone set and called from 1) across a SIP trunk using 4 digit ext to ext dial 2) called from the same side of the PBX using 9+ .. and still dropping at 3 minutes.

i have printed out ACD configs, RDB's and CDB's but cannot pinpoint where it might be giving me trouble.

any help would be appreciated,
