RTD status code FFFFFFF
Good Day,
We use IEX to connect to the CCMS RTD port so we can retrieve the login/logout status of agents.... We are receiving the following status: "ffffffff" (8 x 'f') Any idea what does this status represents?? Thanks Helder |
