System monitor not responding (STAT XSM)

Hi friends,

we are using meridian 1 option 61c with rel 24.25

i have a problem with my System Monitor ( NT8D22 )

When i try get the status of System monitor using

LD 37
STAT XSM

it is giving the message

IOD300

0
.
.

i.e., No response received from System Monitor ( NT8D22 ) after sending status request.

Before getting this message i tried to connect the TTY 7 to RS-232 port of my PC after that i got these errors

IOD318 7
ERR225 0 7
ERR225 0 7
IOD319 7

please can anybody help me in this regard.

Hi

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. I disabled the sys mon enabled it and it was the same.

I reseated the sys mon card and it was fine after that.

Did reseating System Monitor resolve the problem? Did all that plus replace hardware and it did not help. Have an Opt81C rls 4.50W.

Did you try resetting your TTY port?
