Nortel ACD phone

on a nortel acd phone ... there is a green "in call" button when you press to answer a call ... ( with headset ) ... after you answered the call ... when you pressed that button again ... the call will get disconnected

anyway to remove this feature ?

Set the CLS of the phone to AHA. The call wont disconnect.
