CALLPILOT Manager Password Reset

Hi Every One

I have a trouble with the CallPilot Manager Password, because the customer lost the password. (CallPilot 4.0/ 201i)

I need the CALLPILOT SUPPORT TOOLS PASSWORD, to change the CallPilot Manager password to the default (User 000000, Password: 124578)

Thank you, every one

Re: CALLPILOT Manager Password Reset

IIRC you need to contact nortel to retrieve this.

They have a login they can use that resets 000000.

It's always advisable to create a mailbox and give that full mailbox rights. Then you can reset 000000 yourself.

Re: CALLPILOT Manager Password Reset

sounds like you did not apply the latest cpmgr pep at the same time. I have seen this numerous times. Check the readme on the server SU pep and it will advise what cpmgr pep you install on the server as well.
