Re: Remove 2250 console
what are you going to do with your in/coming calls ? i have a 3904 as a CAP
Remove the console TN's in LD12. In LD15 change the ATDN from 0 to a spare number & the NIT to the CAP phone. Either create a queue, DN 0, in LD23 - MWC = YES & NCFW = the M3904 DN, or create an SCR key on the M3904, DN = 0. Probably would work better if you made the NIT DN an ACD queue & the M3904 an agent. Then you still get to set a night answer point with NCFW prompt + delay messages if required |

Re: Remove 2250 console
We already have all incoming calls going to a queue. The console hasn't been used for months now. I just wasn't sure what would happen if I disconnected it. The queue has the after hours recordings setup. Anything else I should worry about?

Re: Remove 2250 console
nope thats it,,, take a print of the TN's ( just in case you ever need to put it back ) and file it.
disable the TN's and check the calls are going where they should, when you are sure it's all ok , out the TN's |
