M3904 ACD Phone

I have created an ACD phone using the 3904 model. (Usually I use 3820's) I have created everything on the switch and symposium as I would usually but I have problems with the logging in on the 3904. It logs in fine initially but when the receiver is put down it logs striaght back out. Any ideas what I am doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

Re: M3904 ACD Phone

Design intent. It is operating as it should. You can change the queue to remove this behavior.

Here is an excert from the I/O Guide LD 23 Alphabetical List of Prompts...
HOML Handset Removal or Make Set Busy key (MSB key)
log out.
The HOML option allows an agent to log out by removing
the headset or going on hook without using the Make Set
Busy (MSB) key. Logout while on Agent Reserve causes
a cancellation message.
bacd-1
(NO) Log out with only the Make Set Busy key
YES Log out with either handset removal or Make Set Busy
key activation
