Option 11C Area Codes

How do I allow users to access an area code that is already in the switch?

The NPA points to an RLI. The user must have an NCOS that is equal to or geater than the FRL of the route entries in the RLI. LD 90 will print the NPA, and then you can print the RLI (RLB) in LD 86 to determine the FRL. Alternately you can lower the FRL of the route entry instead of increasing the user's NCOS.
