Display name characters sometimes being restricted

Hi Guys: On the Option 11C when adding a name under LD 95, sometimes it will restrict the amount of characters and sometimes not. Any ideas why this could be happening? Thanks. These are 2616, 3904 and 3903 telephones if that makes a difference.

out the name then re enter it, at the XPLN prompt enter say 22
that will give you upto 22 characters..
