Bad AML
I am getting the following:
.STAT AML AML: 08 ESDI: 08 DES: LINK LYR2: CONNECTED LYR7: ACTIVE EMPTY APPL DISABLE AML: 09 ESDI: 09 DES: MMAIL LYR2: CONNECTED LYR7: ACTIVE EMPTY APPL: VMBA ACTIVE What can I do to enable the appl on AML 08? This is our Meridian Link that feeds CTI information to out IVR (which isn't currently working). |

Re: Bad AML
The problem is in the LINK/CCR not the PBX, since the physical layer between the PBX and the application is established. I would start investigating the LINK/CCR.
