Re: Cpnd

Hi

did you change the name or OUT the old name first ??
print the DN in LD 20
if it shows the same there you will need to OUT the name and re-enter it, :PBS maybe left over from the previous users name.

check it out

Re: Cpnd

I have had to change alot of caller ID's because of faculty and staff changes but I have never had that problem. Is it only that number that shows the "PBS" or is it the same for all numbers? If it is that only one it must be something from that line, maybe a setting or something that was left behind. The "PBS" may not actully be part of the caller ID that you enter but something that a previous programmer had set up for the phone, like a job title or something I am looking through ld 95 commands but no luck yet..............

Re: Cpnd

Thank you i did programed digital set M-2008 the caller id work fine no PBS name beside the name .
I figure out where the PBS come from WHen you programed digital set at the DES command prompt if you have enter any information at that prompt it will show up beside your name only on following sets
M-216 and M-2016s

Now what i have to try to do is to remove the information that enter at the DES command prompt any suggestion how to remove the info at the DES prompt , i try and cannot remove it unless i OUT the set t and re-programed the set it .

thank you
