How to set up voice menu?

Greeting,
New to Nortal Meridian and need some help to set up a "voice menu":
If someone called the main office phone number, caller will hear
"press 1 for department A"
"press 2 for department B"
......

We are using MAT 6.53. Option81.

This is set up in the voice mail system - what voice mail do you use? What is your email address I can email you some instructions....
