Out of Addresses on an Option 81c
We are being told by our contracted PBX tech, that we are out of addresses on our Option 81C. I am not familiar with anything in the PBX realm, so any information to ask this guy would be greatly appreciated. I need to know what right questions to ask, because my fear is this is a desin issues and we should have plenty of room.

Maybe he is refering to you out of addresses as either all your licenses all have been used up, or all the hardwares for the phones been all connected, or better tell us what you are after in your design?
We need some information about your PABX in a way we could reaon out why does your tech told you like that. |

we were suppose to have 3 pri lines going to our wireless phone system's pbx, adn only 2 are up now due to the addressign issues. SO we onlyhave 2 PRI's going to our wireless system. I do know when we were talking about attaching an additional buffer box to the system he said it can only support teh one right now due to the addressing issue. I know he has added new extenstions to teh system and phones. so i was wondering if it is something specific to the systems configuration other than the phones.

What is the name or brand of "wireless phone system"? and what is that buffer box purpose?
I am still confused about "addressing", is this the mapping of DID numbers against Phone units, or is this license of you wireless phones that is why he doesn't want to connect the 3rd PRI? How many Network modules does the PABX has? |

i took this issue as not being a licensing issue but a hardware addressing issue. and that is why he can not activate my 3rd PRI line. I think this is strictly Hardware related. I am not a PBX technician so any other information i can not provide until i talk to him next week.

I think what the tech is trying to tell him is that all the dvice numbers are used. Not knowing the config of the system, I guess that could be the case. Or perhaps the tech does not know that you can put MSDL cards in other groups for more devices.
