PAGING option 11 cs1000

I am new to this system.....and the customer has phones analog and digital that are unable to page through the system....many are and it appears to be a programming issue.....any help would be greatly appreciated....

What do you get everytime you tried accessing the paging system?

nothing, just dead air

Since it is not fast busy tone or the call goes to the operator, the phone is not denied to access the paging. Please check your wiring or better the paging system itself if in good condition.
