OPI File?

We are seeking prices from vendors to maintain & monitor our Option 11C.
Some of the vendors want to dial into our switch. Alternately, we can provide them with an OPI file.

Can anyone tell me how to generate this file?

Thx

Re: OPI File?

an OPI file is generated by running ORDER PRO, this is a Nortel prog that checks your set up .. i have attached a PDF that will help explain what happens

Re: OPI File?

Thanks for that! I was able to download a copy of OrderPro. I'll try it out this week

Re: OPI File?

Thanks again...this worked out well!

Funny story for you:

I downloaded OrderPro and generated the OPI file.
I emailed it to the "major telecommunications vendor" that asked me for it.

He received my emails, but kept asking me to resend it...that he didn't get the attachments. After about six resends to and from different email accounts, I found out that he was trying to open the OPI and read it!

He said he didn't know how to read the file!

...well... you're the one who told me you wanted an OPI in the first place!

So I printed it to a .pdf file and emailed it to him...sheesh!
