Thumbs up Re: How to get Serial no. to PBX system

sir, when I check the limits there's a two set for IP ISM. IP USER and Basic IP, I'll use IP USER licence for i2004 unit and also working to i2001 (thanks) what is the difference between IP USER and Basic IP ISM. (give the light on this).

Thank you very much.

Re: How to get Serial no. to PBX system

Basic IP is for i2001 only. IP user is for i2002,i2004 etc

Although if you have no basic ip licenses an i2001 can use IP User licenses, but Full IP User licenses are more expensive so it would be not be practical.
