Call Pilot Desktp mssg, unable to call or reply sender.

We are having a problem in using the Reply and Call Sender function in our Call Pilot Desktop messaging if the user is not in the same pbx as the CallPilot server. We are a Groupwise environment. Does anyone have any input?

What kind of errors are you getting? Do you get the same results when logged into the mailbox via a telephone set? Since you mentioned that it only fails when the user is on a different system, have you checked your RPL's?
