We want to program keys on the 3904, 3903, 2616 and 2008. For example, a key for do not distrub. The code I believe is DDL however can you give us all the steps. After echg yes it gives us some options but not what we want. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Cavscout: Thank you so much. We want to program a button to mute the handset. We know the handfree has mute on it, but it does not mute the handset unless you have handsfree on. Is there a code for mute? We have been through the manual but do not find any, and from you list doesn't look like it. Please advise. Thanks again for your reply.

I have never heard of such a feature.

The handsfree mute on the 3903,3904,and the 3905 will mute the handset also.The 200 series set do not have that feature available to them
