DND Indication

Hi all system is option 61 c . Problem is that when an operator(2250) dial a DND extension then the display wont show any indication that the ext is DND, i mean is there any programming required that if a user or operator dials any DND ext then a greeting or some indication shows that the ext is DND,
take cares

If the phone is programmed to hunt to voice mail for example, hunting will take precendence over DND busy indication.

Your requirement should have a RAN machine. Does your system has it?

There is a prompt for that under INT_DATA of LD 15, the DNDT. Response with RAN, then define its route number at RRT.
