When we receive a voice mail and delete it after listening, then we log in to listen to new messages, it says we have so many deleted messages and asks again if we want to delete them. Is there a way to have the messages deleted just once? It is very annoying and don't have time to listen and delete them over. Thanks for your help.

Re: Mer Mail with Option 11C
What version of Meridian mail are you using?
I have been working with MM for 10 years and have never heard of this happening. I have to ask, are you sure it is Meridian Mail? If it is Meridian Mail you may need to get your maintenance provider out to look at the system. I have asked several other Meridian techs about this and none of them have ever heard of this happening so you may have a problem with the system. |
