Can't Back up (internal) from LD43

What's the problem if internal backup can't response? what can I do if this problem persist? for option11C

it shows:
LD 43
EDD
EDD018
ED009

Please help!

EDD0018 Error occurred during an attempt to write a test record. It may indicate storage
medium or storage device problems.
Action: Make a second attempt with the SP option. Use LD 37 for more
diagnostic information. Data on tape should remain intact, as long as the SP
option is used.
have you tried an XBK ????

yes, I'll try to XBK and XVR and its work for external backup...
