Deacquiring Call Pilot agts without shutting down the server

I need to out and then rebuild my Call Pilot Agents in the pbx, but the pbx won't let me because they are acquired by Call Pilot. I know I can deacquire the agents by shutting down the Call Pilot server, but I would like to know how to deacquire the agents without shutting down the entire server. Our whole goal is to be able to shutdown Call Pilot (application) make changes to the tns or any other changes and then bring the Call Pilot server back up all remotely. I am thinking there is a way to go into Call Pilot through DOS and issue some kind of deacquire individual tn command I just don't knwo what it is. My server is a 1002rp Call Pilot 3.0.

Re: Deacquiring Call Pilot agts without shutting down the server

Thank you this works very well. However the only way I found to reacquire the ACDs CDNs and TNs is to reboot the Call Pilot Server. This is good process to use if you want to make changes to your Call Pilot ports from a remote location. Usually every time you make a change to the TNs assigned to Call Pilot you have to shutdown the server to deacquire the TNs first.
Thanks again for the help.
